GILLIAN FAITH
Gillian is originally from Scotland and is experienced in healthcare, human resources management and small business leadership. Gillian offers executive, leadership and mental
fitness coaching and contract-based HR services with a focus on employee relations and performance. Through individual and group coaching services, Gillian works with leaders and other
professionals who are working on organizational and personal challenges, opportunities, and transitions. Coaching relationships also address work-life integration and the reduction of overwhelm and stress. Gillian has a Masters Degree in Management and undergraduates in Occupational Therapy and Organizational Leadership. She is a certified Energy Leadership and Positive Intelligence coach and facilitator. She is certified by the ICF and also holds the SHRM-SCP designation. Gillian has completed Mediation training through the Colorado Bar Association and offers mediation services to individuals and organizations. Outside of work Gillian is passionate about wellness and fitness and loves being outdoors.
Melissa EisenbrandT
Melissa has 20+ years of experience in leadership development, including leadership training and coaching. She has practiced both in the non-profit and corporate worlds in the United States and abroad which gives her a dynamic perspective. She offers leadership coaching and professional development coaching, which almost always begins with helping others define their leadership legacy. Melissa works with professionals and leaders of every level who want to overcome challenges, shift their mindset, and fulfill their defined legacy. Melissa is passionate about helping others connect - connect with their values, connect with their purpose, and connect with others. She has a Masters Degree from Regis University and is certified through the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Melissa uses Positive Intelligence, the DISC assessment, and HIGH5 Strengths in her coaching. She offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and is a skilled facilitator and workshop leader. Melissa is a lifelong learner and consistently pursues holistic wellness. She is an avid runner, reader, and loves spending time with her family outdoors.

SUSY GERBER
Susy utilizes IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback to assist in the alleviation of symptoms stemming from anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, migraines, TBI, neurodivergent cognitive functioning, emotional dysregulation, hormonal imbalances, chronic stressors, and more. It is her mission to cultivate kindness in the world through customized, compassionate care for each individual who walks through her door. Her clients report they are able to live more fulfilling lives with heightened clarity, creativity, and kindness. Susy has an MA Counseling, is an iPEC-certified Life Coach and a certified IASIS Neurofeedback Provider. She is inspired by the students, families, community leaders, first responders, and athletes she has the immense privilege to partner with at Root & Sprout Neurotherapy. Outside of the office, Susy loves spending time outdoors with her family.
CHRISTIAN SPEARS
Christian is the Learning and Development Leader for a Commercial operation. He develops training and education strategies for leader development, technical training, and early talent. His professional career began in the United States Air Force where he served as a Personnel Officer. Highlights of his military career include working with phenomenal Airmen and staff at the United States Air Force Academy, and Aviano Air Base in northeastern Italy. As a passionate developer, Christian has experience educating and training in academic and corporate settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, an MS in Organizational Leadership, and certifications from the Academy of Creative Coaching, the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and Hogan Assessments. Outside of professional duties, he commits to fitness and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
