HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO:
Our curriculum is accompanied by intentionally designed cohorts. Each participant completes an assessment prior to the first session.
With best practices of adult learning and ICF coaching standards, we facilitate discussions, invite reflection, and encourage individual challenges. Each of our sessions might include goal-setting exercises, collective problem-solving, and a clear outline of work to do outside of the meetings.
We recognize that goals, resolutions, and intentions can start out strong. However, we can get stuck along the way and lose sight of these goals. We partner with you to develop the habits and provide the accountability so you can experience sustainable change.
Laisren values the significant benefit of 1:1 coaching. Each of our professionally-trained coaches are passionate about calling others to their greatest potential. Our coaching sessions are designed to help you identify obstacles, access appropriate resources, and provide individualized support along the way.
